The speed difference is actually really big, like if a brew with a kalita filter took 3m30s, holding all else the same, the same brew just on the v60 filter will be like 2m45s and be underextracted. Just geometrically on a cone the column of water will be (on average) taller and narrower, whereas a flat bed filter makes the column of water
Clever Dripper is way, way easier than a V60 or Chemex. It's essentially just following directions rather than having a specific technique developed. However, you can mimic a Clever Dripper with an AeroPress, and if you don't need the extra volume of coffee, you're good.
The Clever can use both trapezoidal filters that are readily available at any grocery store (i.e., No. 4 coffee filters) as well as any V60-03 filter. When using the same V60 cone filters on both, the Clever definitely drains faster than the Switch. The Clever is easier and more intuitive to use.
French Press: the one with the most body and the fullest, so to speak (probably because the oils pass through). Will leave sediment at the bottom, though. Clever Dripper: the cleanest of all cups, taking some of the body away and no oils. Aeropress: My favorite so far. Seems to be the perfect balance in terms of body and the taste seems to be
